I can't access the Internet on my computer. I'm using a RD9700 USB Ethernet Adapter that shows an active Internet connection. However, I can't access the Internet. Is there a workaround for this issue?

Before you can use the mentioned adapter, you first need to install the proper drivers for it. To download and install any necessary driver, visit the following website. After you downloaded the driver, go to Start > right click on My Computer and select Manage. Go under Device Manager, right click on the item that has a yellow exclamation mark around its icon and select Update driver software > Browse my computer for driver software > go to the download location > enter the folder that is right for your OS (for Windows 7 > winXP.VISTA.WIN7-64) and click Next. The driver should be automatically installed, and after this process is over, you should be able to properly connect to the Internet.
